New team members bring new skills and interests

As ecoPreserve continues to grow in 2018, we are grateful to be working with these team members. Welcome to each of you!

Kevin T. Dupree, CFM

Kevin has more than 16 years of facilities management experience. After earning a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, his professional education continued, resulting in Certified Facility Manager (CFM) credentials awarded by the International Facility Management Association (IFMA). This pursuit of achievement has continued throughout his career.

A strategic thinker, Kevin believes that strategic planning is the life blood of facilities. By decisively applying skills and experience, he develops processes and procedures that improve facilities, ensuring their optimal performance in all areas.

A 30-year Orlando resident, Kevin enjoys spending time with his family, singing in church choir and mentoring in area schools.

Daniel Schreiber

Daniel’s work as Sustainability Specialist has him collaborating in the development of a database to track construction material credits. Other projects have him wearing hospital scrubs as he works in hospital recycling programs.

Here, new team members Oscar Vargas (left) and Daniel Schreiber (right) work alongside Jessica Wright and Rains Vickery, volunteering at Clean the World.

Daniel has earned the LEED AP O+M credential awarded by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).

Oscar Vargas

In his Business Manager role, Oscar is developing a strategic roadmap that looks five years ahead at building efficiency, the resource lifecycle, workplace wellness, and implementing change. He is in frequent dialog with our partners and customers, making new friends and meeting many that we’ve known for years. His work draws upon more than a decade of experience in B2B business development, project management, and leadership.

Oscar describes his mission and passion as “helping people and nature prosper together.” That is apparent every day; a commitment shared with the entire ecoPreserve team.
