Air pollution is taking 139 days from your life. Want them back?

A study recently published in Environmental Science & Technology[1] estimated the impact of air pollution on the human lifespan. It drew data from a 2016 project, the Global Burden of Disease.

Results were compiled by country. According to that study, air pollution in the United States will shorten our lives by an average of 139 days.
